Monocle Media enlisted Aquarium to capture the essence of an eco-conscious farm nestled near Nice in the picturesque south of France.

At Casa Sallusti, guests are invited to experience nature through a fresh lens, indulging in seasonal produce sourced both from local farmers and the Casa’s own flourishing back garden. The farm’s sustainable ethos and immersive hospitality create a setting where visitors can connect deeply with their surroundings.
